How we collect and verify reviews

Product reviews displayed here come through Judge.me: post-purchase invitations, the store review form and, where applicable, the Shop app. We show the source reported by the platform. A verified-purchase badge means Judge.me linked the review to an order; it does not mean we tested the product or verified every claim in the text.

In August 2026, some review requests included a discount code for a future purchase. The Epson 104 review published on 12 August 2026 was linked to that campaign and is identified here as incentivized. The discount did not require a positive rating, although some messages invited customers to review if they were satisfied. We have not removed that genuine review.
