How much does the fault diagnosis cost?

The diagnosis is completely free, no strings attached. We identify the cause of the fault and send you a fixed quote. We only charge you if you approve the repair.

How long does the repair take?

Average lead time is 24 to 72 hours from quote approval. Common faults (fusers, rollers, print heads) are usually resolved the same day. Specific parts for older models can take 5-7 days.

What warranty do you give on the repair?

Every repair carries a 6-month warranty on the replaced part and the labour. If the equipment fails again from the same cause within that period, we repair it at no additional cost. In line with the Directive (EU) 2019/771 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

What types of printers do you repair?

We repair laser printers, multifunction laser, inkjet, thermal (label, receipt) printers, inkjet plotters and large-format copiers. We work with home, office and industrial setups.

Do you repair printers outside Cádiz?

Yes. For customers outside the province of Cádiz we offer a pick-up, repair and delivery service with a certified courier across mainland Spain. Your equipment travels safely and comes back repaired without you having to leave the office.

Do you provide remote support before booking the visit?

Yes, whenever possible. Many issues (drivers, Wi-Fi setup, simple jams, calibration) are resolved in 15-30 minutes by WhatsApp or video call at no charge. If the fault needs hands-on work, we book a visit or collection.

Do you work with companies on maintenance contracts?

Yes. We offer preventive maintenance contracts on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis for corporate printer fleets. They include inspection, cleaning, calibration, scheduled consumable replacement and a response SLA. Ask us for a tailored quote.
