Startoner is the online printing-consumables store of CHICTRATEC S.L., operated from Los Barrios, Cádiz, with more than 160 active products. We offer compatible toner and ink cartridges for HP, Canon, Brother, Epson and Samsung printers; check the model, stated yield and price on each product page. We work with ISO 9001 certified factories; that certification applies to their management systems, not to the cartridges. Startoner consumables carry a 3-year legal guarantee. We accept returns for 30 calendar days when the return-policy conditions are met. Orders are usually prepared in one business day; delivery times vary by destination. For EU delivery, standard shipping costs €9.99 below €40, €4.99 from €40 to €68.99, and is free from €69. For other destinations, shipping methods, prices and delivery times are shown before payment.

  • Andalusia Consumer Arbitration Board (Junta Arbitral de Consumo de Andalucía): Startoner undertakes to take part in the arbitration procedure whenever it is started by the consumer.
  • Your nearest OMIC (Municipal Consumer Information Office) in Spain.
  • European Consumer Centre (ECC-Net) for cross-border purchases within the EU: www.eccnet.eu · in Spain, cec.consumo.gob.es. The European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025; the list of accredited alternative dispute resolution bodies is published at consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu.
