Dispute resolution

If after contacting us you're not satisfied with our resolution, you can use the following out-of-court routes:

  • Andalusia Consumer Arbitration Board (Junta Arbitral de Consumo de Andalucía): Startoner undertakes to take part in the arbitration procedure whenever it is started by the consumer.
  • Your nearest OMIC (Municipal Consumer Information Office) in Spain.
  • European Consumer Centre (ECC-Net) for cross-border purchases within the EU: www.eccnet.eu · in Spain, cec.consumo.gob.es. The European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025; the list of accredited alternative dispute resolution bodies is published at consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu.
