Fast, secure, trackable shipping from our logistics centre in Los Barrios (Cádiz). On this page you'll find delivery windows, costs, coverage and statutory rights that apply to your order.

1. Order processing

All orders are processed within 24 working hours of payment confirmation.

  • Local orders (Algeciras and the Campo de Gibraltar area) placed before 12:00 · delivered the same working day.
  • Orders placed after that time · processed and dispatched the next working day.
  • Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Spanish national or Andalusian regional holidays.

2. Shipping to the UK and other markets

  • Estimated delivery time: 3-7 working days from dispatch depending on destination.
  • Free shipping on orders over £50 / 50 € (VAT included where applicable).
  • For smaller orders, cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on weight and volume.
  • Carriers: DHL, GLS, Royal Mail / Parcelforce, Correos Express.

3. Shipping to islands and special territories (UK / EU)

  • UK Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland: 4-7 working days. Surcharge by weight, calculated at checkout. Channel Islands are outside the UK VAT zone; local taxes may apply at the recipient's expense.
  • Spanish Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla: 4-8 working days. Canaries / Ceuta / Melilla are outside the EU customs territory; local IGIC, IPSI or customs duties may apply at the recipient's expense.

4. International shipping

  • We ship across the European Union and to selected international destinations with DHL, Correos Internacional and GLS.
  • Estimated time: 5-15 working days depending on country and customs procedures.
  • Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and weight.
  • For destinations outside the UK / EU, duties, taxes and customs fees in the destination country are at the buyer's expense.

5. Real-time tracking

Once your order is dispatched you'll receive an email with the tracking number and link to the carrier's portal. If you can't find the email, check your spam folder or write to info@star-toner.com stating your order number.

6. Delivery address

Make sure to provide a complete, accurate and current postal address plus a working contact phone number. Startoner is not responsible for delays, returns to sender or losses arising from incorrect, incomplete or illegible delivery details supplied by the customer. If you need to change the address before dispatch, write to info@star-toner.com as soon as possible; once the parcel is with the carrier, only the carrier can manage the address change.

7. Parcel condition at delivery

Under Section 29 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK) / Article 20 of Directive 2011/83 (EU), risk passes to the consumer on physical possession of the goods. We recommend:

  • Inspecting the outer packaging before signing the carrier's delivery note.
  • If the parcel shows knocks, moisture or visible breakage, recording it in writing on the delivery note as "received with apparent damage" before signing.
  • Reporting any incident within 24 hours of delivery to info@star-toner.com with photos of the packaging and product.

8. Maximum delivery period and right to cancel

Under Section 28 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK) and Article 18 of Directive 2011/83 (EU), unless agreed otherwise, orders are delivered within a maximum of 30 calendar days from contract conclusion. If Startoner fails to meet this deadline due to causes attributable to us, you may give us a reasonable additional time to deliver and, on further failure, terminate the contract with the right to a full refund.

9. Potential delays from external causes

We do everything possible to meet the stated delivery times. Even so, delays can arise from circumstances outside our direct control: adverse weather, strikes, logistics-network saturation or customs holds on international shipments. In case of significant delays, our team proactively keeps you informed of your order status.

10. Returns
