We know that needs change. That is why you have 30 calendar days from receipt of your order to request a full return.

📦 Return Standards

To guarantee the technical integrity of our consumables, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • It must be sent back in the original undamaged packaging.
  • For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept opened or tampered items (except in the case of confirmed manufacturing defects).

Logistics instructions

Our team will give you the shipping address and the labels you need to handle the return safely.

Inspection and refund

Once we have verified the condition of the consumable in our logistics centre, we will issue an immediate refund through the same payment method.

💸 Refunds and costs

The refund covers the full product cost. Initial shipping costs are not refundable, unless the return is the result of a logistics error on our side or a product with a confirmed defect.

⚠️ Warranty for defects

If you have received a defective or incorrect item, we take full responsibility. Startoner covers all collection costs and the dispatch of a replacement unit, with no extra charge for you.
