CHICTRATEC S.L., trading as Startoner, is engaged in the wholesale and retail distribution of compatible toners, ink cartridges, printing consumables and office equipment, as well as the related technical services. The activity is carried out from Los Barrios (Cádiz) with national and international shipping coverage. CNAE code 4666 — Wholesale of other office machinery and equipment.

3. Site access and use

Access to www.star-toner.com (hereinafter, the "Site") is free of charge, except for the cost of the telecommunications connection contracted by the user. The sale of products is governed by the Terms of Service, which the user accepts when placing an order.

The user agrees to make lawful and diligent use of the Site, refraining from any activity that may damage Startoner's image, interests or rights, or those of third parties, and from introducing unlawful content, viruses or any other material that may harm the operation of the systems.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

All Site content (text, photographs, video, logos, trademarks, graphic design, source code and databases) is owned by CHICTRATEC S.L. or its licensors and is protected by Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996 of 12 April approving the consolidated text of the Intellectual Property Act, and by Trade Marks Act 17/2001 of 7 December.

Reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any other form of exploitation, in whole or in part, of the contents is expressly prohibited without the prior written authorisation of CHICTRATEC S.L. The trademarks of printer manufacturers (HP, Canon, Brother, Epson, Samsung, Lexmark, Kyocera, Xerox, OKI and others) belong to their respective owners; Startoner uses them solely for descriptive purposes, to indicate the technical compatibility of the consumables, without implying any link, sponsorship or approval by those manufacturers.

5. Links to third-party sites

The Site may contain links to third-party web pages that Startoner does not control. The inclusion of such links is purely informational and does not imply any recommendation, association or approval of their content. CHICTRATEC S.L. is not responsible for the content, terms of use or privacy policies of the linked external sites.

6. Limitation of liability

CHICTRATEC S.L. does not guarantee the absence of typographical errors in the Site content nor the uninterrupted availability of the service, which may be affected by external technical causes (power outage, hosting provider failure, scheduled maintenance, denial-of-service attacks or force majeure events).

It is the user's responsibility to verify the technical compatibility of the selected consumable with the printer model before completing the purchase. Startoner provides a pre-sale customer service via info@star-toner.com to answer compatibility questions. Startoner's liability for the quality and conformity of the products is governed by the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity under art. 120 LGDCU.

The processing of personal data carried out by CHICTRATEC S.L. through the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy, in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).
