Compatibility and Models
How do I know if a cartridge is compatible with my printer?+
Each product in our store indicates exactly the compatible models. Look for your model in the search bar or filter by brand. If you have any doubts, contact us with the exact model and we will confirm the reference in minutes.

Can compatible cartridges damage my printer?+
No. Our cartridges are manufactured under ISO 9001 certification and exceed the same standards as the originals. They are 100% safe and do not void the manufacturer's warranty according to the Regulation.

We have been selling in Spain for over 25 years without a single documented case of damage.
Do I lose my printer's warranty if I use compatibles?+
No, it is illegal for them to withdraw it. Directive (EU) 2019/771 and the Blocking Regulation 2018/302 prohibit manufacturers from voiding the warranty for using third-party consumables. HP, Canon and Brother cannot refuse a repair for this reason.
Do they work with multifunction printers?+
Yes. They work in multifunction printers (print + copy + scan + fax) exactly the same. The scanner, copy and fax functions do not depend on the cartridge.
Can I mix original and compatible cartridges?+
Yes, it is perfectly safe. You can use a compatible black toner along with original color toners (or vice-versa). Each cartridge acts independently. Ideal for trying compatibles gradually.
My printer shows "cartridge not recognized" — what do I do?+
Some manufacturers (especially HP) update the firmware to block compatibles. Solutions:
  • Do not update the firmware if your printer works correctly
  • If you already updated, contact us — we have solutions by model
  • Our cartridges with updated chips overcome these restrictions
  • If it doesn't work for this reason: replacement or refund at no cost
What is the difference between "compatible" and "remanufactured"?+
  • Compatible (new): Manufactured from scratch with 100% new components. This is what we sell.
  • Remanufactured: A used cartridge that has been cleaned and refilled.
Our cartridges are always new, never remanufactured.

Is the quality really the same as the original?+
In most cases, yes. Our cartridges achieve a precision of ΔE < 3 — the standard for considering two colors "indistinguishable" to the human eye. Performance validated under ISO/IEC 19752 black and ISO/IEC 19798 color.

How many pages does each cartridge print?+
Varies by model. Each product shows the estimated yield at 5% coverage (ISO standard). Documents with a lot of color yield less. Our laser toners: 1,000 to 12,000 pages depending on reference.
How much do I really save?+
The average savings is 60-70%. Examples:
  • Original HP 79A: ~€85 → Compatible: ~€24 -72%
  • Original Brother TN2420: ~€55 → Compatible: ~€16 -71%
  • Original HP 305XL: ~€22 → Compatible: ~€8 -64%

How should I store the cartridges?+
  • In their original sealed packaging
  • In a cool and dry place (15-30°C)
  • Without direct exposure to the sun
  • Do not remove protective tapes until installation
Shelf life when stored: minimum 24 months.
The print is blurry or has streaks — what do I do?+
  1. Shake the cartridge gently 5-6 times
  2. Print head cleaning from the printer menu
  3. Print test pages
  4. Verify that no protective tape remains
If it persists, send us a photo → free replacement.

Free for orders over €50 in mainland Spain. Below that, rate based on weight.

Which carriers do you use?+

Do you ship internationally?+
Yes. Throughout the EU and more. Times: 5-15 business days. Outside the EU, customs fees may apply at the receiver's expense.

Warranty and Returns
What warranty do the products have?+
3-year warranty from the date of purchase. Defect = replacement or refund at no cost.

Covers: manufacturing defects, leaks, defective chips, lower performance.
Does not cover: misuse, incorrect installation or unverified incompatibility.
What do I do if the cartridge arrives defective?+
  1. Contact us with your order number
  2. Send photo or description — normally we do not need a return
  3. Replacement or refund in less than 48h
Can I return it if I changed my mind?+
30 calendar days from receipt. Unopened, original packaging. No explanation needed. Refund in 5-7 business days. More details →
How long do refunds take?+
Maximum 7 business days after validation. Always to the same original payment method. For defects without physical return: 24-48h.

How do I install a toner cartridge?+
  1. Turn off the printer and open the cover
  2. Remove the old cartridge
  3. Take out the new one, remove the tape and shake it 5-6 times
  4. Insert until you hear a "click" and close
