How long do the offers last?

Offers are rotating and run on limited stock. Some products refresh weekly, others have fixed stock and disappear once sold out. If you see your cartridge on offer and you need it, we recommend buying before it sells out · some SKUs have run out in under 24 hours.

Is the quality of products on offer the same?

Yes, identical. We do not sell "second-grade" goods nor cartridges discounted because of defects.

Do products on offer carry a warranty?

Your Startoner consumable is covered by a three-year legal conformity guarantee. Printer coverage is governed by the manufacturer’s terms and may exclude damage caused by consumables. Using a compatible cartridge does not by itself establish the cause of a fault; keep your documentation and contact us if a problem occurs.

Do you accept returns on items bought on offer?

Yes. 14 statutory days to change your mind, extended to 30 days in total by Startoner, also for products on offer. Cartridge unopened, in original packaging. The offer does not cut your right to return.

Why do you run sales if your prices are already competitive?

Three reasons: (1) Supplier volume · large-batch purchases at a better price that we pass on to the customer. (2) Stock rotation · slower-moving SKUs go on sale to keep the catalogue fresh. (3) Brand promotions from the compatible-cartridge manufacturer. We never compromise on quality · only on price.

Do the offers also cover B2B copier cartridges?

Sometimes yes. The offers rotate based on supplier availability · some weeks bring discounts on Kyocera TK, Konica Minolta TN or Canon C-EXV. If you need a specific code for your corporate copier, message us on WhatsApp with the model and we will confirm whether there is a discount that week.
