What's the difference between copier toner and toner for an office laser printer?

Departmental copiers and MFPs use high-yield cartridges (10,000-50,000 pages), built for corporate volumes. Office laser printers use smaller cartridges (1,000-10,000 pages) for individual use. Copier cartridges also tend to come with separate components such as the drum, developer and waste toner box that are replaced periodically.

Is compatible toner worth it for a B2B copier?

Yes, especially in B2B. For a company that prints 10,000 pages a month, the annual saving can run from hundreds to thousands of pounds per copier.

Does compatible toner affect my copier's maintenance contract?

It depends on the contract. Manufacturer "all-inclusive" maintenance contracts (Kyocera, Konica Minolta, Canon) usually require OEM consumables. If you have that kind of contract, the saving from compatibles is offset by losing the contract · you'll need to do the cost-benefit analysis. If your contract only covers technical maintenance (no consumables), compatibles are perfectly viable. Under Directive (EU) 2019/771, you cannot lose statutory warranty for using third-party consumables.

Do you issue invoices for businesses and self-employed customers?

What warranty do you offer on compatible copier toner?

3-year warranty in total: 3-year legal guarantee (Spanish law RDL 1/2007 art. 120 + EU Directive 2019/771). If the toner fails due to a defect, we replace it free of charge. For corporate fleets we also offer an express replacement SLA in under 24h on the mainland.
