What is a compatible cartridge?

A compatible cartridge is a toner or ink cartridge made by an independent (non-OEM) supplier and designed to be interchangeable with the printer's original cartridge. Compatibles certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 19752 (toner) or ISO 24711 (ink) deliver the same page yield as the OEM with average savings of 70%.

Does using compatible cartridges void my printer warranty?

No. The Directive (EU) 2019/771 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 protect your right to use third-party consumables without losing the manufacturer's legal warranty. Competition law also protects the consumer against restrictive practices. The manufacturer could only invalidate the warranty by proving that the consumable physically damaged the device · which doesn't happen with ISO 9001 certified compatibles.

What if my order arrives faulty?

We replace it free of charge. You have 30 calendar days to report any defect (14 statutory days for withdrawal plus 16 extra courtesy days from Startoner). To claim, message us on WhatsApp or email with your order number and a photo of the defect. We arrange the replacement in 24-48h.

How long does delivery take?

24-48 hours across mainland Spain. Orders before 14:00 with stock available · shipped the same day. Balearic Islands 48-72h. Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla follow specific customs timelines. Email tracking once the order ships.

Do you issue invoices for businesses?

Yes. Request an invoice in the order comments field or by email after purchase. We accept orders with Spanish or EU VAT numbers and corporate volumes with discounts for printer fleets. Contact us for tailored quotes.

Do you accept returns if I order the wrong model?

Yes. You have 14 calendar days for legal withdrawal, extended by Startoner to 30 days total. The cartridge must be unopened in its original packaging. To avoid mistakes, message us before you buy with your printer model · we confirm the right reference in under 2 hours.
