How much does each bottle yield?

How do you refill the tank?
- Turn on the printer and open the ink tank cover.
- Uncap the tank of the colour you're going to refill.
- Remove the cap from the EcoTank bottle. The bottles are colour-coded and their nozzle only fits the correct tank, so there's no risk of mixing colours.
- Insert the bottle into the filling port: it empties on its own and stops when the tank reaches its maximum. There's no need to squeeze or hold it.
- Remove the bottle, re-cap the tank and close the cover.
- If this is the printer's first fill, run the initial ink charging from the printer's control panel.
Do I lose my printer's warranty?
No. Art. 120 RDL 1/2007 and Directive (EU) 2019/771 prohibit the manufacturer from voiding your warranty for using compatible consumables. In line with Directive (EU) 2024/1799 on the right to repair (in force 31 July 2026), using compatible ink does not affect the manufacturer's warranty.

Does using compatible ink void my printer's warranty?
No. Using compatible ink does not void your printer's warranty. It's backed by art. 120 RDL 1/2007 and Directive (EU) 2019/771: the manufacturer must prove in writing that the consumable caused the damage. Reinforced by Directive (EU) 2024/1799 on the right to repair.

How long does delivery take?
24-48 h delivery to mainland Spain. Orders placed before 17:00 ship the same day. Algeciras and Cádiz, same day. Free from 50 €; below that, 3,99 €.
What if it arrives defective or doesn't work?
Free replacement within 14 calendar days (art. 102 RDL 1/2007) and a 3-year legal warranty (art. 120). If it doesn't work, we'll send you a new one with a tracking number without you having to return the first.
Do the ink bottles have a chip?
No. EcoTank ink bottles don't have a chip: your printer measures the level with a sensor in the tank itself, not in the bottle. Refill the tank when the level runs low.
Can I mix compatible ink with what's left in the tank?
Yes. You can refill with compatible ink even if the tank still holds residual original ink or another refill; since there's no cartridge to replace, the ink simply blends in the tank without any issue.
Free take-back programme for recycling. Complies with Directive WEEE 2012/19/UE for waste electrical and electronic equipment, and with the REACH Regulation (Regulation (EC) 1907/2006) on chemical substances.
