How many pages does it print?

Prints up to 2,300 pages measured according to ISO/IEC 19752 at 5% coverage. This is the same methodology HP uses for its original 153A W1530A cartridge, so the comparison is honest. Real yield depends on the type of document: dense texts yield less, emails and low-coverage documents yield slightly more.

How to install?

  1. Turn off the printer and open the front cover.
  2. Extract the old toner cartridge by pulling gently on the handle.
  3. Shake the new cartridge horizontally 5 to 7 times to distribute the toner.
  4. Remove the plastic protective strip by pulling the tab.
  5. Insert the cartridge until you hear a click, close the cover and turn on the printer.
  6. Wait at least 60 seconds for the firmware to synchronize the chip.

Do I lose my printer warranty?

No. Art. 120 of RDL 1/2007 and Directive (EU) 2019/771 prohibit manufacturers from voiding your warranty for using compatible consumables. Pursuant to Directive (EU) 2024/1799 on the right to repair (in force July 31, 2026), the use of compatible cartridges does not affect the manufacturer's warranty.

If your HP printer shows "non-original cartridge" after an HP Dynamic Security update, do not update the firmware while using compatibles. If it persists, we are here to help: your cartridge has a 3-year legal warranty.
