How many pages does it print?

Prints up to 12,500 pages measured according to ISO/IEC 19798 with 5% coverage. Actual yield depends on the type of document: dense texts yield less, while emails and low-coverage documents yield somewhat more.

How is it installed?

Turn off the printer and open the front door.
Identify the four CMYK cartridges by color or label.
If your model separates toner and drum, remove the assembly and separate the cartridge from the drum (do not touch the green roller).
Remove the used cartridge, shake the new one 5 times, and remove the pull tab.
Insert the cartridge into the correct color-coded position.
Close the cover, turn on the printer, and wait for the chip synchronization (typical 60 seconds).

Will I lose my printer's warranty?

Your Startoner consumable is covered by a three-year legal conformity guarantee. Printer coverage is governed by the manufacturer’s terms and may exclude damage caused by consumables. Using a compatible cartridge does not by itself establish the cause of a fault; keep your documentation and contact us if a problem occurs.

If your HP printer shows "non-genuine cartridge" after an HP Dynamic Security update, do not update the firmware while using compatibles. If it persists, we can help: your cartridge has a 3-year legal warranty.

How do I change only one CMYK color?

Each color is independent. Replace only the cartridge of the exhausted color leaving the other three in place: the printer automatically detects the new one and synchronizes it.
