How is it installed?
- Turn off the printer before starting.
- Open the front cover: the four CMYK positions will be accessible.
- Replace the cartridges one by one (black → cyan → magenta → yellow).
- For each one: extract the used one, shake the new one 5 times, remove the tab, insert until you hear a click.
- Close the cover and turn on the printer.
- Wait for the complete synchronization of the four chips (1-2 minutes on older models).
Do I lose my printer's warranty?
No. Art. 120 of RDL 1/2007 and Directive (EU) 2019/771 prohibit the manufacturer from voiding your warranty for using compatible consumables. According to Directive (EU) 2024/1799 on the right to repair (in force July 31, 2026), the use of compatible cartridges does not affect the manufacturer's warranty.

How many pages does it print?
Up to 6,500 pages measured according to ISO/IEC 19798 with 5% coverage. Actual yield depends on the type of document: dense text yields less, while light graphics may yield more.
How long does shipping take?

What if it arrives defective or doesn't work?
Free exchange within 14 calendar days (art. 102 RDL 1/2007) and 3-year legal warranty (art. 120). If it doesn't work, we will send you a new one with a tracking number without you having to return the first one.
How are the four cartridges replaced?
Turn off the printer, open the cover, replace the cartridges one by one in the order of black, cyan, magenta, and yellow, shaking each one five times and removing the tab before inserting it. Close the cover and wait for synchronization.
Do I have to change all of them at once?
No. Each color is independent. The pack gives you all four at once so you have replacements, but you can install them at different times.
