So what's the difference between them? They're essentially the same ink-tank machine in different generations and trim levels. The "Wireless" names and most of the Smart Tank models add WiFi so you can print from your phone, while the more basic models connect via USB. Some are printer-only and others are all-in-one (they print, scan and copy). The connectivity and features change, but the consumable is identical: they all refill with the GT51 and GT52 bottles. The consumable you need and how much it yields

The compatible HP GT51/GT52 ink bottle is what you need to refill the tank. The system uses two references: the GT51 for black and the GT52 for the colours (cyan, magenta and yellow). Our compatible black ink yields 5,000 pages according to the ISO/IEC 24711 standard, the benchmark that measures the real print yield of ink, and the colour bottles likewise deliver a very high page volume.

Yes. The GT51 (black) and GT52 (colour) bottles are the shared consumable across HP's entire refillable tank range, including the DeskJet GT, Ink Tank, Ink Tank Wireless and Smart Tank series listed above. How many pages does one bottle yield?

The compatible black ink bottle yields 5,000 pages measured according to the ISO/IEC 24711 standard, and the colour bottles deliver an equally high yield. Because it's a tank system, each refill goes much further than a conventional cartridge, so you refill infrequently.

Does using compatible ink void my printer's warranty?

No. Under article 120 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (art. 120 RDL 1/2007, the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users), using compatible consumables does not void your printer's legal warranty.
