The differences between models are in the casing and the features, not in the toner: the ML series are laser printers (print only), while the SCX series are multifunction devices (print, scan and copy). The letter W at the end (for example, ML-1865W or SCX-3205W) indicates that the model includes WiFi connectivity for cable-free printing. In every case, the cartridge you need is the same.
