I have an EcoTank · do I need cartridges or bottles?

Epson EcoTank (ET) printers use refillable ink bottles, NOT cartridges. You can spot them by the ET- prefix in the model name (e.g. ET-2820, ET-4750, ET-2750). Our compatible bottles: 102 (4 colours: BK/C/M/Y) and 104 (4 colours). Always confirm the exact model before ordering · bottles and cartridges are NOT interchangeable.

Does using compatible ink void my Epson warranty?

No. Under Directive (EU) 2019/771 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to use third-party consumables without losing the statutory warranty on your Epson printer. Epson could only invalidate the warranty if it proved physical damage to the equipment, which doesn't happen with ISO 9001 certified compatibles.

What do I do if my Epson says "non-genuine Epson ink"?

Some recent Epson models display this notice. It's informational · the printer will keep running. To dismiss it: (1) Accept the on-screen prompt. (2) If it asks for confirmation, tap "Continue" or "Ignore". (3) Some Epson Stylus C/T machines may take a bit longer to read the chip · wait 30 seconds before printing once you've installed the cartridge.

What's the difference between compatible Epson 33 and 33XL?

33 is the standard yield (~250 BK pages at 5%) and 33XL is high yield (~530 BK pages, double). Both work with WorkForce WF-3820 and WF-7720. The same logic applies to 29/29XL, 502/502XL, 603/603XL, 27/27XL.
