• Switch the printer off at the switch, wait a minute and turn it back on to force a fresh reading of the chip.
• Remove and reinsert the cartridge, checking that the chip is clean and properly seated on its contact.
• Bear in mind that some messages are merely informational: you can confirm and carry on printing as normal.
